Summary

The Society consists of executive members who are entitled to take part in all transactions of the Society and other members who are ineligible to attend business meetings but may be invited on appropriate occasions to take part in recitals or other demonstrations of the Society's voice teaching.

The executive members are those who for the time being are serving the Society as Trustees, or, whether trustees or not, as Hon. President, Chairman, Vice-chairman, Treasurer, Secretary, Registrar, Director of Examinations or Editor, or in any other office of service which may be established under these rules.
